OUR VISION
Eclectic Education is a nonprofit on a mission to close the gap between where people are and where they deserve to be. Through workforce development, financial capability, digital literacy, and apprenticeship pathways, we prepare individuals to earn more, manage better, and sustain the lives they're building.
We envision a future where every young person, regardless of circumstance, has equitable access to the opportunities, resources, and support needed to build a stable, prosperous, and self-sufficient future.
OUR FLAGSHIP PROGRAM
Launch to Life
Tools for Today. Skills for Tomorrow.
An 8-week economic mobility accelerator for individuals ages 16–24 with an extended track to age 26 for former foster youth building career readiness, financial stability, and long-term independence.
Five modules. Eight weeks. One complete launch plan.
Beyond Graduation
Prepare. Empower. Launch.
Support doesn't end at Week 8. Apprenticeship Pathways stays active for 90 days after each cohort graduates, keeping participants connected through ongoing interview preparation, higher education enrollment support and coaching mini sessions plus ongoing outcome tracking to measure real impact.
Plus Apprenticeship Pathways — ongoing employer engagement and career coaching that runs throughout the program and continues for 90 days after graduation.
